Please return this completed application form as soon as possible, with a $200.00 (non-refundable) application/administration fee. Upon receipt we will contact you to make arrangements for the required interview with you.  If a place is made available for your child an enrollment deposit of $1,000.00 will be required to secure a place. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please note that a place for your child can only be kept for the year in question.
